The proper development of hockey players is vital to the future of hockey. If you improve players’ skills, you improve their confidence, passion, team, association and hockey community. Total Hockey of Florida was founded to improve the game of hockey through proper player development. This translates to off-ice hockey-specific skills training suitable for players of all-ages and ability levels.

Total Hockey of Florida will not improve a player’s bench press or 100-yard dash time. THF will improve a player’s peripheral vision and first-step skating speed. There is a direct relationship between the movement of the game and the design of our training protocols. There are no wasted movements. Players participate in challenging progressive drills that force them to simultaneously move their feet while handling a puck and working on their vision skills.
